You may register and pay (if required) online:

  1. Fill in the form found at this link – JMBC Event Registration
    • You will need the Event Name
    • You will also need the Event Date
    • Fill in your name, phone #, and email address
    • If childcare is being provided, indicate your need, and the age(s) of the child/children
    • Click on “SUBMIT”
  2. If the event requires a registration fee, go to the Online Giving page and submit your registration fee in the  field for your Event located in the “Special Offerings” section.

or … you may fill out a form and drop off at the Church Office

  1. Download this form (JMBC Event Registration Form) and fill it out
  2. Take completed form to Church Office with your registration fee (if required)
